When suites are reserved for just two people: Room rates are $135 per night.
We have a two nights minimum stay.
All rooms are fitted with satellite TV offering a full range of both
English and American soccer games and of course premium movie channels. DVD players are also available if you choose to bring your own special movie.
Breakfast is from 8 am until 9 am.
Queen bed. Additional family room has two single beds. Bathroom is furnished with a double vanity, corner bath and separate shower. This suite also has a walk-in closet. Room rate $200 per night (family of four sharing) Use of additional beds $35.00 (per nights per Bed) plus taxes.
The Richmondshire New Family Suite sleeps three in main bedroom (Queen and Single) and in the adjoining room two singles. Both Rooms are en-suite with large corner bath separate shower in the main suite. The adjoining room features a large Ssower, vanity and toilet. Both rooms have independent Direct TV. Located on the Ground Floor, from it you will enjoy stunning views to the West of House Mountain and to the East the Blue Ridge Mountains. Room rate $200 per night (family of four sharing) Minimum stay two nights Use of additional beds $35.00 (per nights per Bed) plus taxes.
Queen Bed. Bathroom is fitted with double vanity and shower, a large walk-in closet and this room is large enough for a baby crib.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received 21 days prior to the planned stay or the equivalent of one half of the reserved stay will be charged, unless the room is rebooked for the full period of the planned stay. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone conversation with the innkeepers; answering machine messages and email are not acceptable.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of room rate plus taxes.
